What are the airports closest to downtown St. Augustine?
The Northeast Regional Airport of St. Augustine (UST) has very limited options. The largest is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), followed by the smaller Daytona Beach (DAB) airport – both are each a little more than an hour's drive away. We encourage you to also check into the Orlando International Airport (MCO) further away - often their airfares are considerably lower.
What are the airport-hotel transportation options?
Uber, Lyft, Airport Shuttle St. Augustine, Airport Express St. Augustine, and others. Stay tuned for future discount arrangements.
Why should I stay at the Casa Monica Resort & Spa?
The majestic Casa Monica Resort & Spa is the headquarters for the CEASD-OPTION-NOC 2018 Conferences, in the heart of the historic district. The hotel is close to Flagler College and the Lightner Museum, and right across from the pedestrian St. George Street with a multitude of shops, attractions, and eateries. NOTE: The Casa Monica Resort & Spa is now filled to capacity. One overflow hotel remains available - see the Reservations page for link and information on the Doubletree by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District.
The Casa Monica Resort & Spa offers an optional resort fee of $22/night per guest room, which includes daily WiFi access. Do I need to add this fee when making guest room reservations?
This amenity has been taken care of for confirmed conference attendees who reserve guest rooms at the Casa Monica hotel. The fee will not be included in your final hotel bill.
Does the Casa Monica Resort & Spa have parking facilities?
Yes, the hotel offers both valet and day parking - we have negotiated a special rate of $18/day for conference attendees. If you reserve your room online, you will see two rates; the lower rate of $18 will apply for our conferences.
When will National Outreach Conference (NOC) registration become available?
You can now register for NOC 2018! Visit the Registration page, and you will find the NOC 2018 link there.
